Financial Assistance Request Form

This form is required for financial assistance for the CLT or CLT10.* Information provided does not have to be deeply personal; it’s more important to us that we understand what impact financial assistance will have on you and your family.

Applications must be submitted no later than two weeks before the registration deadline for the exam.

We request you submit no more than two requests per academic year per student.
