Once you’ve registered for a test, you may edit your registration by either canceling your test or rescheduling it to a different test date. Please note, while you can reschedule your test up until the date after your originally scheduled exam, you may only cancel your exam until the registration deadline.
If you cancel your registration before the deadline, you are eligible for a refund. Please fill out this form to request a refund. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for tests canceled after the registration deadline.
To reschedule your exam, log into your CLT account and navigate to your dashboard. Under “Upcoming CLT Test” click the blue button labeled “Reschedule My Test.” This will allow you to pick from upcoming test dates.
